About Kylie’s consultations
My journey with nutrition started through my own personal experience with gut healing after struggling with contact dermatitis for 10 years after the birth of my first child.
I discovered that food really is medicine, and we should celebrate the importance of real food.
It drove me to specialise in gut healing, so now when l see people struggling with constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, and flatulence (just to name a few debilitating gut symptoms), I want to dive deeper to help my clients get to the underlying cause.
